In addition, the champions from Saskatchewan, Alberta, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador and P.E.I. are on the Saskatchewan Scholastic Chess Association website, the Roving Chessnuts website, the Nova Scotia Scholastic Chess Association website, the Newfoundland and Labrador Chess Association website and the Maritime Chess Centre (http://sjchess.ca/mcc/chessmcc.html) respectively. I can't find New Brunswick, although I'm certain that the tournament has already occurred (I played in it). It would be nice if they were all in one convenient location, though.
Incidentally, here is an incomplete list of New Brunswick champions (apologies for any incorrect spelling):
