On the Grand Prix on Sunday February 8, 2009 there were parents and players crowding around the under 8 table which was very intimidating for the players and clearly against the rules. I would like to remind the tournament director and the referees to try to keep all parents and other players out of the playing area while rated games are going on to ensure fair playing conditions for all players and respect for the kids. Marshall McLuhan is problematic in its current set up and I think they should reserve the cafeteria playing area strictly for playing the games because the noise an traffic is getting particularly bad.
