This diatribe is so full of assumptions and judgments that I could only read part of it. As someone who knew many things from the inside, I say, "That is just plain hogwash."
You are on very shaky ground to assign motives to why DB did the things that he did. I find it very presumptious. You can talk all you want about the "what." But when you detail out the "why," you have gone off the deep end. No one but God knows the "why." That is why we are forbidden by the Scriptures to judge these things.
