Allow us to see - with our "eyes" - that You ARE completeing that good work which You began in us, through the trials and experiences that we have walked through. Help us to encourage one another to run this race with endurance, to not grow weary in well-doing. Lord, fan to a flame that ember that lies within us. Give us Godly vision to enable us to shake ourselves from the sleep that comes from being to much of "this world". Help us to not put our eyes on the circumstances of our lives and experiences but rather to put our eyes on You. Reveal to us what You would have us do with the knowledge and experience that we have in order to further Your Kingdom. ------------- Re: A prayer for this message board I pulled this prayer from Arch files. "It is Good, for brethren to dwell together in unity." 1 can chase a 1000 2 can chase 10000 ---------- This was a blessing.(n/t) Posted by JR on 10/16/2001, 1:30 pm , in reply to "re-post carol Pack-Prayer" :-p ---------- Re: re-post carol Pack-Prayer Posted by Steve B. on 10/16/2001, 1:47 pm , in reply to "re-post carol Pack-Prayer" Thank you, Pat. Due the Math... NO weopon formed against us shall prosper!
Sincerely,
Longley. She is one of us---a former CC grad who has been on the mission field in Argentina these past 10 years. I believe she has posted here before as well.
of weeks ago because she has been quite sick. They have found a malignant tumor that has been
pressuring her liver. In the natural, the prognosis is not good(40-50%chance). She is in the hospital now & set for surgery Friday, the 19th. They will go in & take out the tumor & need to do some major reconstruction due to the damage of this growth....But here is the real deal!...If cancer has spread out of this area they give her only 90 days. Please Pray that the cancer has not spread & the surgery to be a success!
