Posted by Author Unknown, et al on 10/9/2001, 2:09 pm Many on this board are aware that I am waiting for a publisher to make a decision as to whether they will publish my manuscript entitled Ride the Ark Through Armageddon. For those who care, or are interested in the process, I pen the following: Eight days ago I sent an e-mail to the publisher saying, Dear Sandy, On May 4th 2001 I sent you my manuscript. It has been over four months since I heard from you that you received the work and I would appreciate you letting me know what its status is at this time. Her reply was, “We received your project appraisal form on May 25th, 2001. This month would be the fourth month. We should know something by the first of October.” Well, for all of you that have prayed about this, Thank You, and please double your efforts. Pray specifically that God would lead the publisher to publish Ride the Ark Through Armageddon. Victory is just around the corner! ---------- Posted by Pat on 9/21/2001, 9:44 pm , in reply to "I Heard From The Publisher This Morning" AU, Good News! The purchase price for the manuscript has already been paid via your prayers. E-mail me your address and I will send you a copy. Sincerely, Author Unknown ---------- Faith Posted by Author Unknown on 9/22/2001, 6:47 pm , in reply to "I Heard From The Publisher This Morning" What is it that Christ wants from His brothers and sisters—faith. Throughout the Gospels Jesus spoke of the faith of man. He was pleased with the faith of some and unhappy with the lack of faith others demonstrated. Faith can move mountains. Someone might ask how do I get faith? Ask Jesus for faith in prayer, say please help me to pray and believe in such a way that is pleasing to you—help me to receive great faith so that I will be a mighty prayer warrior. Let my prayers move the hand of God and block the hand of Satan in Jesus’ name. Tonight and The Rest Of My Life Right now I am waiting for the upper-room over the garage to cool down so I can go out and pray. I was just up there and at this moment it is too hot. The other night there was a cool breeze blowing through the open windows and I was thinking, “This is the greatest moment of my life.” I was in prayer, believing in things not seen and calling them as though they are. I am not penning this to glorify me. I am penning this to exhort you to prayer. It is more fun than drinking, that’s for sure. I was thinking of the disciples who were too sleepy to pray with Christ for an hour, how pathetic. The greatest things I have ever accomplished are spiritual in nature, and they were brought about by mass prayer with faith. I would have prayed with Jesus till the cows came home. Right now I have placed before me an opportunity to bring millions into a deeper understanding of life and salvation in Christ—through the publication and distribution of a book. I have ten days to yield my sword praying in faith and yield it I must. Nevertheless, I will be having the time of my life in the process.
