So, if money would be a factor in coming, come Sunday evening to greet your old friends! DZ China Cannot Afford an Aerosol Cheese Gap Posted by Author Unknown on 4/14/2001, 8:08 am As a pilot I understand how difficult it would be to see a plane approaching from underneath and behind. Airplanes do not have rearview mirrors. So when I first heard that the Chinese Government was claiming that our large bulky slow moving surveillance air-craft swerved into their fighter aircraft and rammed it, it raised several questions in my mind. Questions that I had yet to find an answer to, until now. No one in their right mind would think that a, hi-speed fighter jet that was buzzing a large propeller driven aircraft was rammed on purpose by the larger slower aircraft. Have you ever thought that this may have not been the real issue all along? The barrage of ridicules prattle that has covered the media, and the child like and insulting demand that we accept responsibility for the slipshod flyby that resulted in the death of a Chinese pilot was not the problem here. Pride is what’s at stake. Think about it. Everyone admits the chase plane came from behind as the two planes collided. Try to win a lawsuit in court with this type of a case; it just won’t hold up to investigation. The Chinese Government is much smarter than that. They don’t really believe what they are saying. It was all a diversion to cloud what is really happening. This is what the conflict is about: A top Chinese dignitary while recently on special assignment was given the task of eavesdropping on US communications. He went ahead with his mission by watching American TV commercials and sitcoms. He took notes and reported what he had learned to his Commander and Chief. What shocked the Commander the most was seeing Americans dispensing cheese with a push of a valve stem from an aerosol can. The Commander began to realize how far behind China was lacking in aerosol cheese technology. He thought, “What if the general public were to hear of this?” The Chinese Republic cannot afford a Cheese Whiz gap! The Top Brass soon realized that in ten years after exhausting millions of dollars they may be able to reach our present standards in the aerosol cheese industry only to find that we had gone on to a higher standard. Terror swept through their minds. “What if people inside of China began to favor US cheese over the plain cheese of the Chinese Republic?” The whole fiasco of blaming the US over the dangerous fly-by by their pilot was a cover up of a much more sensitive issue—Cheese Whiz. ---------- Although.... Posted by Dave Kenady on 4/14/2001, 9:05 am , in reply to "China Cannot Afford an Aerosol Cheese Gap" ... it wouldn't surprise me if I turned over my Cheese Whiz can and it said "Made in China." :) ---------- Posted by Gordy on 4/14/2001, 2:13 pm , in reply to "Although...." Hmmm.... If they try to intrude on our domestic cheese market we could simply tell them; "That's our cheese, nacho cheese."
