My CB sqeals on the other persons recieving ends

I have a cobra 148 five tuner and when i key up and talk the person on the recieving end hears a loud sqealing sound. how can i fix this problem,
can i put a compasiter on to take the engine noise out of it. please give some suggestions.
I have been driving truck for 15 years and been living with this problem for 6 months
