Simple turn-taking to try to engage him? Rolling a ball back and forth, blowing bubbles, anything to get him engaged and interested? Has he been tested for health issues? Allergies, asthma, vitamin deficiencies, sensory integration issues (OT assessment), ASD? Good luck, he sounds like an extremely challenging one!
