Does HIPAA or any law stipulate privacy of actual therapy? What I mean is, if working in a school, can you be placed anywhere in the school - like the gym or teacher's lounge where teachers, volunteers, and parents walk through constantly? It just seems like you should be required a private room for the student's right to privacy. What do you think?
