Depending on the grade level, you could have a color, cut or glue activity so that when a child is done with their response they have something to do. It could even be as simple as coloring a square on a graph for each correct answer.Also listening, talking, drawing is great for left brain, right brain integration of info. Games always seem to keep kids attention as they anticipate their turn, but if a group is too friendly or chatty it can get noisy. I always have a rule that if you call out an answer when its not your turn or not listneing you go back one space.
