I am currently working with three hearing impaired students who use Microlink systems. We actually purchased one for a student who had previously used an older Phonic Eer system (Solaris I think) that had the big receiver box and wire that went to his hearing aid because of how inconspicuous this system is. Our student was going to middle school and was very self-conscious. I also think the quality is better, but his other system was several years old.
