I am currently considering relocating to Arizona and several agencies that hire SLP's to service students in the school districts have a very detailed non-compete clause in the contract. Some are very specific stating you can't work as an SLP directly or indirectly as an owner, director or employee for 12 months and have a monetary value to be paid for breach of contract. Does anyone have any experience with these or information?
