Don't create extra work for yourself. If you're a school-based SLP, that's a big no-no because of the high caseloads/workload in that setting. It's wasted energy. If the kid no longer qualifies, s/he no longer qualfies. You're the one with the speech path degree - not Mom. That's like calling your doctor for another physical when you've already been checked out to be 100% healthy. I'm with MargeauxSLP - stick to your guns. Work with the kids who truly warrant your services.
