Can you believe it is October? I try to look back over each month and see how I'm doing. It has been a frustrating start to my school year with even more than usual changes and lose ends. I find I"m giving myself more "pep talks",too. I face reality, but have to stay positive to keep moving forward
I hope your year is better than ever. Let's remind each other that this can be a crazy job, but we help others and that what we do matters.
How do you stay motivated?
