It has worked well for me to create a spreadsheet on Google docs. I create a tab for each student,put the objectives at the top and freeze those rows, then have columns for the date, objective number, comments, and follow up. I can access my data from any computer and it is very easy to create a back-up or print data for a period of time. Very helpful at progress note time.
