I am completing my internship in a school right now and the SLP I am working with has a good reward system that the kids love. She has a sheet with 16 squares on it with each kids name, and after they do their "best work" every session, they get to color in one square. That way they are getting lots of repetitions before getting a prize, and it keeps them motivated. She lets them go in a treasure box and pick a prize when all of their squares are colored in.
