How about trying low tech AAC such as a GoTalk using real photos? That is, if she can access with her limited arm movement. I also recommend that parents read to their children...no matter what level. This provides lots of opportunities for interactions such as vocab, basic concepts, social engagement, and beginning literacy skills. Good Luck!
