I always try to make the point to my admin that writing IEP's and evals is part of what I was hired to do. It is not "planning time", it is a required component of my job. I need time to do this and I won't do it at home. We make our own schedules in my district and I schedule in a full day each week. There is no way I could get it done otherwise. I really hope you get somewhere with your documentation, you guys need scheduled time to complete these tasks!
