In response to SLPagain's post, that is how I feel in my district. The main thing that the spec. ed. director cares about is if paperwork is filled out completely and correctly and is in on time. It is not his fault. The state gives us a district report card for spec. ed. that includes a section on percentage of evaluations that were completed on time.
