Re: Time Spent on Evals/IEPs

Our district has the special education staff keep a log of our hours spent working on IEP paperwork and we turn it in at the end of the year. We then receive an hourly rate (as specified in our contract) and it is added to our last paycheck of the school year. I would approach the union to discuss that.
