WOW! I have a caseload of 100 students, and I have been told that if I am absent I have to make up my sessions, so I have gone with it, and I make up sessions in huge groups and nothing actually even gets done, so its still a waste of my time. I am glad I decided to read through all of this, and see how other therapists handle it. I see about 30 kids a day- how am I supposed to make all that up?! Thank you for an extra resource!
