I color code each building. I also use a binder, but leave each binder at each school. I do take them to my office during record keeping time. As you can, start duplicating materials for each building - such as a set of artic cards for each place. I keep a pencil box in my bag with dice, stop watch, flashlight, extra pen, pencil, dice and a couple of safety pins. We all have those days, when something is missing! Consolidate your activities. Bring the same material, but use in different ways. INSIST on a place to lock your materials and supplies in every building. Its in our contract and maybe in yours. Good Luck
