I haven't seen one, but I made my own on 1/2 sheets of brgihtly colored paper using a clip-art picture of a clock with walking feet, and I typed "____ has Speech at _____."(time, day, etc.) I have the students fill these out themselves; sometimes we make extras -- one for home, one for teacher, one to tape on their desks).
