First of all, I wouldn't try to take data on more than one goal per session. If you can juggle a group of 4-5 students and address several goals, more power to you, but trying to track all that information would be completely overwhelming to me. I would rather address one goal deeply and get accurate data, than to address 3 goals "on the surface."
Another thing: when their IEP reviews come up, I would seriously reduce their number of objectives to maybe 5 or 6 at most. I pick the ones that are the biggest priority (most delayed, greatest impact in the classroom, etc.) and focus on those. That doesn't mean you can't work on other weak areas as you see them, but it does mean that you only have to actually track progress on the ones you've written.
