I have made data charts for each of their goals. I do a simple grid table and at the bottom i put the date. up the y axis i put 10%,-100% for each box. At the bottom of the chart, I put a plus mark for each time they get something correct out of 10 responses. At the top (100%), I put a minus for each one they are incorrect. After I have completed 10 trials, and the + and - marks meet, I highlight the + marks. I often make a bold line across where their accuracy goal is. it is very visual and easy to see the progress. The time consuming part is putting in the goal for each chart. hope that's not too confusing.
