I have started a spinoff of the 3:1 schedule. Mine is a 4:1 -- 4 weeks of therapy and then one week off. During that one week I test for ACRS, test referrals, conference for ACRs for the grade level for that month, paperwork, catch up on hearing testing of new students, observations of my current students and anything else that comes up! (It's a very busy week) I still have some students I see 3 and 4X a week. I also have some I only see 1x a week...This is my 2nd year for it and find it works quite well.
