First, block off some time for yourself for planning, IEP's, testing, etc. Some SLP's schedule a planning each day, others block off Friday, or 1/2 of Friday (I do this). There are 2 of us at my school, and we schedule by classes mostly, and if we can get some kids with the same goals, we do that. There are only 2 blocks of time we can get our kids, during specials and AR time, so it really limits us. I just work around that schedule, and see each grade during the times they are having those blocks.
