You incorporate movement to help students get their bodies and brains ready to learn. If you have access to an occupational therpist they can give you lots of ideas- like Brain Gyme or How Does Your Engine Run.
Some kids do well with a fidget- could be a ball they squish, velcro they rub, etc. BUT you need to talk about the difference between a fidget and a distractor. Fidgets help your brain focus and stay in one place and don't distract your brain from listening.
Sometimes just doing wall push ups, jumping a few times etc. might help too.
