I think it is a shame that there is a shortage of SLPs and our grad schools will only admit a few students. I'm not sure what you had to do in your application but here are some ideas.
-letters of recommendation from supervisors, co-workers, principals and maybe even parents, past professors- send them all
-what about a DVD clip of you doing therapy
Can you apply at several grad schools? Even if it means moving or taking a leave?
