HELP with case study!!

I have a high school student that has a label of developmental delay and because his verbal score on the WISC III - psych was low I was asked to do an assessment.

ok. he scored extremely low. a little over 2 standard deviations below the mean. he has difficulty keeping up in class - he's in a behavior therapy day school so he isn't very motivated to do well.

i want to test his pragmatic and functional skills still which is where I would target therapy.

so if he qualifies - what can I do in therapy??

please help, i feel so lost!!
