I try to give homework every session. For my artic kids I use words and phrases from whatever reading story they are on. It takes a bit of time to make up these sheets, but I use them every year, so it is the first year that is the worst! I am hoping this will help with carryover into the classroom!
It is frustrating at times. Many of the students do not do their homework. But it is not from lack of trying on my part! The kids that do practice at home have a much easier time with correcting their errors!
