I work in a school with older children and am not familiar with regs for preschool. I have to have solid evidence to support the need to pull any child out of their regular classroom or I'm violating the least restrictive environment mandate. I expect this to become even more important since the Gaskin case. I would be very hesitant to take a child out of their regular classroom without data to support that action, and I don't think the regular ed teacher is qualified to make this decision.
