I hope I might find some suggestions here.. I am currently treating a 14 yr old who had a severe brain injury. He is very very impulsive and very inappropriate (farting and laughing, burping and blowing it in my face and laughing, poking my arm, grabbing my name tag etc etc). I would like to start some kind of behavior program.. I was considering a sticker chart... I almost think he needs to be rewarded after every session. I also think he needs to work on some pragmatic issues and am not sure where to begin.
