At the beginning of the month, I print a calendar out from www.teacherfiles.com for each of my preschoolers. I write things in to practice each day..like "find 5 things that start with /k/", or "find 5 round things", etc. I send an info sheet for the parent with it. As for homework, I ordered Speech and Language folders from super duper. I send artic lists, etc home,(usually from weber). There is a place for the parent to sign. If they bring them back signed, they get a sticker on their folder. That encourages them not to lose their folder, because they want to fill all the sticker squares.
