Each of my students has a calendar in their own folder. I use the folder every session and record data on that calendar. I can use it for attendance, data, and planning. I keep their goals sheets from their IEP's in the folder as well for easier access when planning lessons. Each day I also record percentages for articulation or even just what language goals were addressed that day.
