I use Monopoly money and give out prizes only during the last week of every month. There is a calendar on my wall that has the prize week marked so kids know that they get to spend their money during their speech day that week. It saves time and hassle for me. All of my kids have liked earning money and it helps with counting skills. I usu. give $5 dollars each session with extra $ for doing speech homework, good motivation or behavior or for self-monitoring of sounds. Sometimes, we have "double your dollar" days, where we just do lots of artic./ lang. drill without a game. My kids all love it so far.
