I am looking for a new reward system for good behavior. Last year I had a sticker chart in which kids could earn various prizes. This year I am doing a ticket system in which they can earn prizes which "cost" various tickets. I am finding that this is taking way too much time for the children to get out their tickets, count them and put them away. Does anyone have a good idea for a reward system? I am looking for a happy medium between giving out too many prizes and not giving out enough. I would like to be able to give out extra stickers or tickets if they bring back homework or do something great, but don't want them to be earning something everyday.
