I use base 20 charts for things like vocabulary, synonyms, articulation, et. I make up a sheet with the numbers 1-20 down the left side and lines across from left to right. The date is at the top of each column, the score at the bottom of each column. In each blank, next to the numbers 1-20, I write the target word, opposite, vocabulary word, homophone, etc. I teach them all in a session or 2, then go back and "check up" monthly to note progress.
