Unfortunately, I haven't found an easier solution. My collegue and I have made packets for each sound for home programs and we keep a master copy. The parent letter changes a little bit depending on the specific needs of the student, but the letter includes information regarding the sound and gives placement cues and instructions on how/when to practice the worksheets.
