You made it, dumb scam. That is easy to do, make a forum on a website to send info to your E-Mail, easy. As if the people here don't know. That doesn't make sense, since what he's claiming you can't even do on Neopets. If what he said was true he wouldn't even think to do something this stupid, he'd just put all his shit in his shop for 1 neopoint each, and maybe tell people he did so here. Anyone who plays neopets would know that this is bull crap.
