HTTP does not provide a way to list all files in a folder so "downloading the Word folder and all of its contents" is only possible if all the content can be found with Medusa using its regular web-page search. But yes, such a structure is indeed possible and we have actually been thinking about implementing something similar so lets see what the future brings.
