Hi again Mr. Rich!
In the window called "Progress", there is a tab called "Project".
In it, look up the file you want to cancel and right-click on it's row.
A pop-up menu will appear with an entry called "Cancel".
Selecting this will cancel the download.
The cancelled file will then appear under "Failed Downloads" from where it can
be restarted/resumed.
