We have corrected the problem and released a new version which you can download from our download page or directly by using the following link: http://www.candego.com/downloads/medusa12.exe We have not yet updated the version number on the download page so even if it says Medusa 1.2 build 33 it is actually the new one - Medusa 1.2 build 35. In order for a destination folder to become permanent for all future projects, make sure to press the "Save as default" button on the Destination tab. If you don't, the folder will only be used by the current project. Now, over to your suggestion. We like the idea very much and have added it to our list of features we want to add. That being said, we really do not know when it will be implemented as we want to release Medusa 1.3 soon. In order for us to do so we must stop ourselves from adding more features, however cool they might be.
