Hi Wendell.
We are really sorry for this late reply. There should be no problem using Medusa with Direcway. Basically, if you can browse with Internet Explorer then Medusa should work also.

If you don't get any results by following the guidelines mentioned in that text then please get back to us and we will try to help you get it working. The lack of result is then probably caused by a firewall or a proxy.
