Well, in version 1.2 Medusa can automatically create folders while downloading. Say for instance you are downloading from http://www.candego.com/galleries/sportcars.html
When downloading a file from this site Medusa creates a subfolder in your default download folder called www.candego.com and puts all the downloaded files from the www.candego.com server in there.
Or you can tell Medusa to create the whole URL structure which in this case would mean the images ended up in a folder like:
c:\DefaultDownloadFolder\www.candego.com\galleries\sportcars.html\
This will hopefully make it less likely that 6000 files end up in the same folder, but we will consider creating extra folders when a certain amount of files is reached.
