Hi again!
We have not yet decided how much updates one receives for free after buying Medusa, but we will be fair since we ourself don't like paying for every single update on other applications. There will propably be free updates until version 2.0 which is far away.
About your suggestions:
1) Very nice idea! Hopefully you will need a feature like this less often in 1.2 since it can retry / continue on broken downloads and is more stable. It is very likely this feature is in v1.3.
Probabaly also a 1.3 feature.
