There are quite a few other internal changes as well to increase stability and performance. Our involvement in other projects have prevented us from working as hard on Medusa as we would like.

Hi!
We are about to release a beta-version of Medusa 1.2 but must first implement Proxy-support.
Medusa 1.2 does not contain all the things that we wanted it to have, mainly saving and resuming of projects which will have to wait until 1.3.
* Support for authorization (for sites requiring login)
* Possibility to download embedded images
* Automatic download
Therefore we will now release Medusa as shareware which hopefully means we can afford skipping other projects, giving us more time to focus on making Medusa the best media-downloader for the web.
