This might be happening because you download all the files you find. Medusa can't identify files as identical or duplicates yet. This means that Medusa can search the same page any number of times depending how the links are configured on a site or page. We plan to solve this problem in an upcoming version. As of now we are unsure of in which one exactly. Stay posted!
