i have used medusa for quite some time and i think its the best out there! the only problem i face with medusa is it cant search paysites where username and passwords are required even if u provide it in the starting link e.g 
assword@anysite.members.com where that is a direct link to a members page, medusa says "authorization required" in the error field.
