Estimated Gentlemen: First of all, thank them for this program, despues saying to them that, I consider it to be good, is simple and easy to use, but in my opinion it(he,she) is improvable, after using it several months, there is a fault that I have found him(her). When I want to close the program and this in line connecting with someone(some) it(he,she) paginates, the program is not interrupted and if I try to close it, is hung, and I have to resort not to Ctrl+Alt+Supr, but directly to RESTART, since another system is not to put, except, IT(HE,SHE,I) PAUSES(PAUSE) and to expect patiently to that they finish all the contacts be closing with other pages.
